When the Consul General of Indonesia in Davao City, Berlian Napitupulu, invited me to do a basic photography workshop for his office staff, I agreed right away. Indonesia has a soft spot in my heart for many reasons.

As summer time is here once again, Robinsons Abreeza celebrates the Araw ng Dabaw festivities with one of its activities , a fun photography workshop by me on March 7, 2015, Saturday, from 1-6pm at the mall lobby.

She is also an influencer and motivational speaker who gives photography workshops in universities and organizations. A former TV personality, she has done several print and TV commercials, event hosting and speaking engagements. In 2013, she has received an award from the City Government of Davao for her significant contribution in the social media. She was one of the speakers in Photo World Asia 2017. In 1997, street photography in Indonesia started my journey to photojournalism, eventually pushing me to explore portrait, landscape and travel which is part of the field I specialize in. Come take a walk with me for one day, as I share how I observe, compose and capture scenes in a different, thought provoking perspective.
